Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
